Well add this to you list then...I just added a section to the web site under the "Stockholders Information" section entitled Araldica News...its for things that are not quite Press Release worthy, but are still important, attached is the first one.

Danielle Update

On Friday, 29 May 1998, a response was filed in New York State Supreme Court, Goshen, New York, by the defendants (Jon L. Swan and Danielle Cheese Distributors) in re the contract litigation filed by Araldica Wineries on 23 April 1998.

Counsel to Araldica requested a one week adjournment in the scheduled due date for the filing of its answer to defendant's response, from 5 June to 12 June; such adjournment was uncontested and agreed.

Counsel to Araldica will be filing the company's answer this week, and both sides are again due in Court on Friday, 12 June 1998, for oral arguments before The Honorable Peter C. Patsalos, presiding State Supreme Court Justice, after which the company anticipates the issuance of a favorable ruling by the Court in this matter.

Counsel has also indicated that settlement discussions with the defendant's counsel have been mentioned recently, and that such will hopefully begin formally within a week or two, and result in an
amicable disposition and the withdrawal of the litigation.

In anticipation of the likelihood of such event, the company has again made the relevant financial arrangements with certain of its investment bankers, to reserve the $400,000 contract payment (the
maximum anticipated to be required by any settlement) in an attorney escrow account within the next few days.

We will keep the Araldica web site updated with the latest information on these matters as events warrant.

Well, this should be a grate time to own our stock...!

William, have been following AWLT a while, but despite the pluses, and believe there are some, am curious about more specifics, for example, you say that you are a large shareholder, and seem to have inside information. Are you an insider, holder of more than 5% of the float? If so, did you buy from the company, or on the market? How many shares do you have and how much did you pay for them?
My concern is the large free-trade float, and the price point at which large initial shareholders might dump their stock. I am concerned that even though the company is real, once the share price hits the initial large shareholders' profit point, they'll start dumping... what do you think?
I would also appreciate some comment from Matt Landi, regarding the initial free-trade share sales and the float, and how many 504's has the company done, at what price, what number of shares and what discount?
Finally, William, just a question. What happened to PNLK? - as soon as you mentioned it, the price dove --- you got your shares off --- per your post. Were you just trying to get some folks here to buy them?
Am not trying to be offensive, just diligent. Don't want to see another PNLK at the expense of little guys like me.
