One way or another, both Bay and ASND will be bought.
I picked up some September 55 Call Options on ASND this morning in anticipation of October 1st. If ASND gets taken out before then, that will be fine. If not, I believe the market will be pushing ASND up in hopes of a LU buy out.
Also, in the second half of this year we will begin to see that double digit growth that Mike Ashbey talked about earlier this year.
Good Luck to all.

I think that ASND shares would go up about 10% if BAY gets bought. This is pure speculation, but maybe ASND would command a higher take over price if BAY got bought out first.

Then again, maybe it would command a lower price because there is one less possible buyer...and there is no way ASND would go up 4 1/2 if BAY were bought. When was the last time ASND went up 4 1/2 over anything? More Stanfurd new math, dancing tree...
