Will The Zip Drive Become The Standard And Replace The 3 1/2
Floppy???
**********************************************************************

While I'm not a computer techie, it seems to me that we are
beginning to move away from the Floppy as the standard disk drive
media to the Zip Drive... If so, Iomega presents a very compelling
investment oppty for the intermediate to long term... Here is the
latest of their eye opening news releases:

Iomega Zip Drives Offered at Several Leading New
York City Hotel Business Centers and Service
Bureaus

Zip Is the Digital Briefcase for PC Expo Attendees

ROY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1998--Iomega(R) Corporation
(NYSE:IOM -news) today announced that Zip(R) drives are available
at several leading hotel business centers and over 160 professional
service bureaus in New York City.

The broad availability of Zip drives makes genuine 100MB Zip disks
an ideal digital briefcase for PC Expo next week. PC Expo is the
largest corporate computing tradeshow in the United States drawing
nearly 100,000 business professionals to New York City for the 3-day
event, June 16-18.

Iomega's genuine 100MB Zip disk is an easy way to replace the
cumbersome leather briefcase as a more efficient way to transport
proposals, memos, presentations, weekly schedules, contact
information and other important documents.

Zip drives are currently available in the business centers of
suggested PC Expo Hotels including the Grand Hyatt New York, the
Helmsley New York and the New York Hilton and Towers. Hotel
guests can use Zip drives to quickly print their electronic files
directly from a Zip disk, making it easy and convenient to copy and
send business documents directly from the hotel while at PC Expo.

''Our business centers are designed to make being away from the
office as easy as possible. By including Zip in our business centers,
hotel guests will have the convenience of accessing their important
information while on the road,'' said Colleen Rooney, director of
public relations for the Grand Hyatt New York.

Conference attendees will also find Zip drives at professional service
centers in New York City, including Kinkos, Mail Boxes, Etc., PIP, Sir
Speedy and AlphaGraphics. These service bureaus offer Zip drives so
customers can have access to their digital information for high
quality printing and production.

Conference attendees can also find Zip drives at PC Expo (Jacobs
Javits Convention Center) in Iomega's booth No. 4534.

The ubiquity of Zip makes it easy for customers to access the
important information they need for work at any time. With more
than 14 million Iomega Zip drives shipped, consumers can find Zip
drives nearly everywhere, making it easy to save, share and transport
their digital stuff while on the road. Over 2,300 service bureaus in
the United States currently offer Zip drives in their stores.

Iomega also announced earlier this week that Compaq Computer
Corporation [NYSE:CPQ - news] will be including Zip drives as a
standard feature in the majority of its new Presario consumer
desktop product line including the 5030, 5032, 5035, 5140, 5610,
5630 and 5635 models.

In addition to Compaq, Zip drives are available through all major
OEMs including Acer, Apple, Compal, Chicony, Clevo, Dell, Gateway,
Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, IBM, Texas Instruments, Micron,
Motorola, Packard Bell/NEC, Siemens Nixdorf, Sony, UMAX and
Unisys.

Each genuine 100MB Zip disk provides 70 times the capacity of
traditional floppy disks, giving consumers virtually unlimited capacity
with their PC. Fast enough to run business and multimedia
applications, the Zip drive brings a new level of performance to
today's powerful personal computers.

Iomega's Zip Tools software, also included with Zip drives, makes it
easy for consumers to manage and save their information. Iomega
Zip drives and disks are available worldwide through retailers, OEMs,
VARs, system integrators and distributors.

Iomega Corporation manufactures personal read/write storage
