David, Something like that. In this market environment investors have the opportunity to sight investment targets that rarely appear during strong bull run markets where premium companies are high priced and have lofty valuations. Savvy investors need to be "opportunists" to minimize/offset downside risk with upside potential. Soon one of these "golden" opportunities will avail itself to those with the fortitude to hang on for the ride. I perceive AMAT as one of those golden opportunities to buy a great company at much discounted prices due to market conditions rather than company fundamentals. Morgan is an excellent admiral of his fleet of "divisions" but some divisions will fare better than others in this current environment. Even the best admiral has a tough time manuevering his fleet in foggy conditions. My plan is take advantage of the current situation as it IS, not as how it is PERCEIVED by the analyst community. The prize awaits, are you primed and ready?? My guess is that you are. BTW, this is fundamental and technical analysis at its finest!! One must use all the tools available to him to make command decisions. At the ready!! BB
