Points to Ponder 1. Are Headhunters obsolete ? 2. Are newspaper ads effective in getting the right people to the job? A local contracting agency which was recently bought by Keane placed 1/2 and full page ad's in papers here in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Erie and Canton/Akron. Result: 3 resumes. Could this be a discontinuous innovation, that fundamentally changes how a business function is performed ? Time will tell on that. If so, then the question is; Who is the Gorilla ?
