Robin...your response reminds me how dangerous it is, to engage in speculation without having a good handle on the facts. I really don't think you have a clue what you're talking about. I'd engage you in a discussion, but the time for that has passed and I don't have any desire to help out the shorts get out of the pickle they've gotton themselves in.

Robin, while I have negotiated a number of real estate deals, some that took nearly a year, I've never negotiated the type of deal I can only imagine is being negotiated here. My easiest negotiations take place when I get the lawyers and the brokers off in a room by themselves and sit down one to one with the seller. My sense is that's not only NOT possible here, but probably would be ill-advised.

I can understand how you can infer what you have based upon the recent price action in CCSI's stock. There's a LOT going on in this issue, and given the absence of specific, detailed information to support investors and give the shortsellers pause, there's no reason for them to stop keeping pressure on the price.

I only have a small long position in CCSI; if I was long a couple hundred thousand shares, I would be a bit upset about the decline of the price on NO substantial news. A large position isn't so easily moved in and out of. But if I had such a large position in such a small company as this, you can bet I would be VERY tuned in to what the truth is concerning this company.

My sense is that there are such large holders on this board. It's also my sense that they've been giving it to us straight. So, all that's left to do from my perspective is to see how it ultimately unfolds. Could be a very profitable or a very expensive education for the differing factions.
