Paul, the S-3 filing that GBIT has filed is the result of funding necessary to provide the company working capital. The capital has put GBIT into a positive cash and earnings position. 19% dilution may be a small price to pay for a profitable and potentially undervalued stock, wouldn't you say? If there are any other questions there is a conference call scheduled with GBIT management Thursday June 11th at 11 a.m. Pacific Time, 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
