What is going to be the trigger to drive the prices higher than they are now? 1) Contract(S) with revenue bearing numbers. 2) Strategic acquisition(S) or alliance(S). 3) A JUMP to the NASDAQ, which will ....a) cause shorts to cover. ....b) bring institutional sponsorship. ....c) remove the blue sky restrictions. ....d) allow brokers to bring in their clients. ....e) attract analyst coverage and recommendations. ....f) allow current investors to use MARGINing power. ....g) bring the public release of the 10-SB and other forms. ....h) require DGIV to become a fully reporting company (a BIG plus). ....i) get the attention of ALL investors, who don't normally play BBs When any of the above happens, Bar the door Katy. In the opinion of many on this thread, all of the above will happen this year, hence our consensus opinion that these prices are BARGAINS. Regards, Tod

Zack.. You profile says you like Risky Stocks... IMHO the risk in this stock is listening to the naysayers (mm's and others) who want you to sell out more than your own DD. Someone can explain this better I'm sure, but this is a case where the market makers will keep the lid on this stock until they cover their shorts and accumulate enough for the eventual run up. AND THAT WILL BE SOME RUN UP!!! I have learned my lessons about this stuff. It's a joke IMHO. Long Term Hold for Me... :-)
