Makes about a gazzilion ounces of sense to me. Question is; are the old ways truly obsolete ? My gut tells me yes, but the market (jobs & recruiting) has not spoken. Won't be long to definatively answer that. I wonder how many recruiting firms are hurting. Newspaper readership, last I heard was riding shotgun down the avalanche (respects to Shawn). My experience tells me that it is ineffective to advertise for jobs in the paper. Have we found a gorilla ? or is the gorilla TMPW ? If so, are we going to eat some of it's bananas ? or will the gorilla swallow us ? I'd better stop now. Im gettin giddy.
