ithink that if you look at the last filings made by MPEG to SEC, several items were amended, including the transfer of the patent rights to MPEG by Inteligent Instrument (Owned by KOZ) because they could possibly be in conflict with the company's interest.i think this contract was recinded/voided. Also some actions made by the board of directors have also been amended because of the same reason. In hindsight, these changes were made just in time........
