Great post, Steve!!! I remember reading this on another thread, but neglected to bookmark it. This is precisely what happened to INFE today. The MMs were very short, IMO, and once they found some sellers due to the off day Friday, they walked it down a full point, and probably covered most, if not all, of their short positions from the week before. This is why solidarity is important, and the reason why it is easier to have fewer long shareholders versus many, many small positions. BTW, I set up a profile of the other accounts that ICC has on U.S. trading exchages. I note that most of these companies have regular news being reported, important for turnarounds.
