Well, the precious metals don't seem to be so precious anymore, do they? So barring an economic collapse, or flocks of crows nesting on everyone's home (didn't Hitchcock do that?), what is there to say about Dell that is negative?

1. ASPs falling? See Geoff Nunn's excellent post on this.
2. Demand falling? See IDC or any of the other industry market analysis studies
3. Emerging competition? Where?
4. Problems with Dell executing? Where?

In short, there is nothing, I repeat nothing negative I can find about this company. I have looked, and I will continue to look. But pointing to insider selling as a negative is incorrect because that argument fails to account for the tax ramifications of holding the shares. An accountant friend assures me that there are severe AMT consequences for not selling the shares bought through options. (Don't ask me to justify this statement -- I can't. I don't understand this stuff.)
