Well, if you look at the numbers, and look at how much of the total that is NOT being sold, it would appear that there is already a pretty strong grip on this one. I just want as much as I can get. As far as Fisher goes, there could have been any number of reasons why the dude is gone, (i.e. - early retirement, an "offer he couldn't refuse", medical, he could have been booted, a JV may not have wanted to cover his payroll, heck maybe he just didn't want to move to Houston, and the ever possible buyout) The point is, we can sit here and speculate as to WHY until the cows come home, and there is still nothing accomplished. Unless you share a pillow with the guy at night, you will probably never know the real story. But then again, when the focus is on the PRODUCT, we don't really need to know why the guy is gone. Best of luck to him in whatever he does. :-) Binder
