I'm no cheerleader. You just need to get a life.

Following Rhonda's promise to sue you for defamation, etc, I spoke with my favorite lawyer who informed me that opinions can not be considered defamatory. I thought this interesting because John Chapman was rather condescending toward me when I used the terms "It appears," or "I think" in my posts. However, it is these words which protect an individual against legal action. Any intelligent person does not claim to have every fact (indeed, that's the problem here-a dearth of solid information) and knows he is drawing conclusions based on available info. Most of what is posted here has been in the form of repeated questions, irritating as others have found that. Although my attorney certainly hasn't read everything, from the few posts I showed him, he thought any action by the company at this point would be an exercise in futility. (He laughed)

Indeed, if anyone is being defamed, it is the FBN group in that ridiculous post by Dixie which makes allegedly "factual" statements about them with absolutely NO basis or verification.

So as long as you indicate that you are expressing personal opinions, and cite your sources for your statements, you seem to be safe from litigation.
