Alex, sorry about your investment, but why do you think Burke left after one month on the job? Is Itsovercom paying its bills? Is it paying its employees? Is it paying Burke? It sure doesn't look like it will be paying its stockholders.

i remember that there was going to be a party in miami at 50.... was that 50 cents? ;^ ) i think they'll have trouble securing financing becuase of the huge liabilities that the company has. maybe they can sell the patents... if they own them! m.

Alex -- with all due respect. Please just be real quiet for a bit. Your confidence is wonderful but at this time what is really wanted more than your confidence is a very, very low key approach on your part. We are well aware of your convictions. Just be aware that MPEG has lied to a lot of people who invested their money which was mismanaged and some may say, stolen by this company. Again, not trying to put you down but the insult compliments of MPEG is a reality at this time. Many investors need and deserve the right to vent not double down just yet.

I understand where you are coming from. You are right, you think they may be able to secure financing to go forward. See- you are doing it again. You are always making yourself see the bright side, and sometimes you make up the bright side- even if it does not exist. I have always told you - you have a cult mentality, and that you have fatal attraction to this company. Go over all your post.. and review them. You made a sizeable investment in this company... but you are not being very objective. Even MPEG admits that they don't have the cash if Burke demands his compensation as his contract states. Be honest, can you easily find some financing at this stage of the game??you got a 5 million note due before end of June. And with this halving of market price in one day??? With no products ?? In the past.. the did not have any bad track record yet,...in the past there were so many promises of technological break through products. the was the past... today is the present.. that is why they have not found anybody to lend them 5 million yet. They were trying very hard for months and no takers...Come on Alex... can you be a little realistic sometimes. You never found anything wrong with the company....and I think you never will, you will always have faith in it, always see the good spin. To me, thats dangerous.. Anyway... as I said... I think all arguements will soon be academic. You have posted here that Burke is very capable, and very intelligent. Why do you think he resigned??? Are you now going to post that Burke is actually not capable and not intelligent because he abandoned the ship ? Good luck Alex......

Alex, If you are indeed a private investor and not a paid hypester, I honestly hope you didn't suffer too large a loss. Chapter 11 looks like better than an even bet at this point, and I hope the longs can salvage some money from the intellectual property rights ... perhaps some white knight will pay for the design? But what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I've certainly paid a price for having tunnel vision with one of my first stocks. At this point, I can only hope MPEG longs don't increase their position in a stock that is probably going to zero. Best wishes.
