No. They are not LEXIS-NEXIS. Again, the importance of this NEXUS arrangement is the potential for rapid government work via the 8(a) program. Since the U.S. Senate just appropriated an extra $1.6 billion for the Department of Defense for Year 2000 work in this year's appropriation bill (see www.fcw.com, Federal Computer Week), this is going to be low hanging fruit. As Bob Bemer said during the conference call last Friday, there will be plenty of work to go around. Absolutely right, and this arrangement is a quick route to the U.S. government.
