FIELD ACTIVITIES / Blackpool Exploration at Manyberries TEST WELL TO EVALUATE BLACKPOOL LANDS AT MANYBERRIES CALGARY, June 9 /CNW/ - Blackpool Exploration Ltd. has entered into a farmout agreement to have Corporation Lands in the Manyberries area of southeastern Alberta evaluated by the drilling of a Mississippian test well. These lands offset several wells which produce light oil from the Sunburst Sandstone at a depth of 1250 metres. The test well, to be spudded prior to July 31, 1998, could commence production at a rate of 75-100 barrels oil per day and result in the drilling of four additional wells.
