martin, Where did you get the 5,000 weekly number for England. Also, do you know when Astra/Janssen will begin sales in the other countries already granted approval? I would think that some of the pipeline should now be flowing to Sweden and Switzerland. I think that the Latin American countries will sell more product than expected. Although there is a lot of poverty in many of these countries, there is also plenty of wealth. The Latino Macho Men will be less apt to complain about some mild burning as long as it helps their problem.
