Pat, I know the uncomfortable feeling one gets when a stock you are invested in doesn't respond like you believed it would. Been there, done that and got the shirt to prove it. My belief is that HDST will survive and prosper if it is taken over by a sound financial and management wise company. The current suitor of HDST appears to follow these guide lines. I've been told after the storm it gets calm. So IMO the long range outlook is positive that is after the storm. Have a good one. JFO
