try $70,000 / 2500000 = .028 per share. What you found was how many shares he sold per $1 he got.

This is positive.> Since you reversed your numbers and it was a positive..Does it stand to reason when you do the calculations correctly..This is a negative? Which without question in my mind,when an insider (CEO) dumps 2.5M shares at .028,certainly is not a positive.(maybe he's thinking reverse split and what better time to dump).DD
