Hi Bruce, Your humble opinion is always in high regard. Regarding how I got 52 on ASND. Last 12-1-97 the stock bottomed at 22. The first column of X's after the bottom was from 23 to 32 for a count of 10 times 3 = 30 + 22 the low in the O's = 52 target. Right wrong or differant, that's where the 52 came from in this case. As far as taking any positions now, like Tom says.... I'm at the side lines until things get clearer.. Thanks for you thoughts, always great looking at things another way. Later Preston
