For AMD and Cyrix, their costs are currently greater than the price they sell them for - not much help there, but you get the picture. For Intel's 0.25 micron Pentium II, my estimate is that their cost of good silicon die (no packaging) is in the $25 to $30 range and possibly lower. Paul
