JDN is dead-on correct. Sorry, Fred, but if you don't see a connection between voting for an duplicitous, lying, cheating, draft-dodging socialist and the current dust-up between INTC and FTC, then don't bother voting. You must think your vote has absolutely no impact.

The better economy you attribute to Clinton is the result of 12 years of groundwork by Republicans. The problem is that people think economic effects take root instantly. Even the first 2 years of Reagan sucked economically before he got it turned around because he had to clear up the Carter Administration's mess.

As for voting for Clinton to keep the peace -- Puh-LEEZE! Don't make me laugh. Yeah, those G-7 boys REALLY sit up and take notice when that stupid draft dodger tries to forge military action in the Middle East. And boy, Pakistan and India are really quaking in their boots over those nasty economic sanctions, aint' they?

Again, if you voted for Clinton for peace and prosperity, do stay at home the first Tuesday in November...

I will say this -- in all seriousness -- I admire that you're willing to put your full real name to those views...
