Hi Charles:
For those who did not receive the fax, here is what I received. This is different from mine in that it says it is for IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
Where? To whom? Why not to all? I still think may have been trying to do their stockholders a favor by tipping them off in advance.
Kindest regards,
Don

quote.yahoo.com <--intraday chart

If you pull up this chart before tomorrow's opening, you'll see what you suspected was true. Rapid nosedive in the morning; late in day, many blocks trading and a rebound.

This selective fax system is screwy. Such important information ought to be released in the normal way. Even LU did not make any announcement. It's not "official" till an official word comes out.
What a rotten thing to do so shareholders. People may have sold today because of the declining price only to find they've got a "reborn" company tomorrow.

Ouch.
