techxprt, My eye was drawn to this statement that you made with emphasis, so perhaps you can explain how the book value went up today. Was this a something for nothing deal? NOTHING HAS CHANGED ABOUT THE COMPANY, EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THE BOOK VALUE WENT UP (how much, we will find out).

Nothing has changed about the company except it almost doubled its land holdings.Who's to say how rich an investment this will be.I'm sure with all the experience in the management it wasn't just something done with little thought.Can't wait to see how rich those fields will make us.Bottom line on this announcement is that we probably don't realized just how good an acquisition this was.But I'm sure the company is watching and will enlighten us soon.LONG AND STRONG. Moutain Energy is looking stronger than ever, and additional resources acquired today add to the value. More to come in near future IMO. This is a long term investment for me, although, we might see good/respectable gain in stock price in short term IMO, the symbol change should happen any day now. Once again, I do not answer to MMpests/A$$holes/Shorters(you know who you are) just lurking and ask What is this and what is that. Once again do your own DD,I did mine. I think one of them is having problem reading my post, shorts will run naked. IMO Techxprt (Freedom of Speech but !!!, getting my dogs ready to find some hidden elements).
