micky:
I know I'm going to get flamed for this but, I want to assert that, from prior posts, it is common knowledge that William1 and Matthew are personal acquaintances possibly to be considered personal friends. This in itself may or may not be of significance. I am just guessing but I suspect that, either they are members of the same family or went to school together at some point. Maybe they grew up in the same neighborhood. At any rate, they are acquainted on a personal basis.
This is by Matthew's own admission.
To my knowledge, there have been no S.E.C. filings by this company ever. In the thread to the microcap webpage (I forget what the name of it is. It was from just a few posts ago here on this thread. It's the one from the wine page.) there is a link to S.E.C. filings but, in order to gain access to them, it is necessary to pay and have a password. My guess is that it would be a waste of time to do so. There are plenty of web sights that allow access to S.E.C. filings including the one at www.sec.gov and there are no filings from Araldica listed.
As for an audited financial post, there is none. It keeps being postponed.
As for institutional investor interest, last year Araldica was noted in Investors Business Daily. This in itself indicates institutional investor interest. My due diligence dictates that I inquire to IBD to ascertain this interest. This has not been substantiated by IBD after numerous attempts to contact them. Anyway, by the indication of having an IBD writeup from last year, there should have been institutional interest. I couldn't find any.
It's getting late. Rumors fly but concrete fact of past history is very difficult to substantiate.

Don't give up hope yet. You could make some money, here.
