Thank you for understanding my interest in learning more about the company and its key shareholders. I respect your position as a non-affiliated share-holder, and hope that you -- as you expressed -- respect my efforts to learn more about a company I have followed for a while, and in which I am also (on a smaller scale, no doubt) a shareholder.

It would be helpful -- if you're so inclined, and since Matt has indicated that while he doesn't know you personally, he does know that you have visited the winery -- to share with those of us who may not have seen any previous comments of yours about it what your impressions were.

Also, if Matt is out there, it would be helpful if he could fill us in on the status of the winery acquisition and the company's plan for it if it has in fact moved ahead. In addition, since he is the "information" person for the company, perhaps he could answer my earlier question about private sale of stock by the company to raise money. Just trying to learn what the public float is --- if I've missed that information here, mea culpa.

Finally, while Ned may be unpopular here, he is pointing out some inconsistencies in the company's plan to report on its finances. This is understandable given the impact Danielle may have -- and some of the other moves the company made. However, it would be nice to get some kind of update, even if couched in cautious language, as well as an idea when they plan to meet the new, more stringent BB reporting requirements.

Thank you for your thoughts on this.
