Gary, you tell me what the company's value is..and please base it on fact..Here's where I have to give Joe Copia credit,if I interpret him correctly,he see's value ,as a result of a possible takeover and that's it(if I'm misunderstanding, I hope he will comment).I tend to disagree,I don't see value worth a takeover, their are plenty of cheap "symbols" for sale, but that's besides the point.Where do you see value, and what price do you place on it.It would be nice if you derived the value from their financial filings..that is the bottom line. What were the revenues last year? What PE do you afford the company based on past preformance? And I prefer not to hear some BS about new management-Raabe was/is the companies attorney prior to his CEO title. Do you think he wasn't involved in the decision making process? DD
"As far as "busting" the shorters that is not my intention. I have a longer view. I am waiting for the S8's to be sold and see if this company is indeed being taken over as rumored.

Joe PTG&LI !!!"

>>>i'm trying to decide on the merits of tvsi, but there seems to be a lot of heated discussion that distracts from the issue of what the company value is, based on facts.
cheers, gary<<<

gary, that ought to tell you something right there. When there is a lot of heated discussion....with very little of it addressing what the "company value is, based on facts," it could be that there is very little to discuss. Until some substantive PR and/or filings come out, there is nothing you can hang your hat on.....so the heated discussion goes on.

If this company were to come out with positive information that is SOLID and VERIFIABLE, the first thing you would see is the "heated discussion" going away. Watch for that.
