This certainly doesn't impact or set a precedent for other legal proceeding CREAF is involved with." brian, the release (#reply-4773613) states that the terms of the settlement are "otherwise confidential". that tells me you are not in a position to draw conclusions about such things as impact or legal precedent. regarding your"all that remains is the brand name"... CREAF's intellectual property has considerable value, and does, as general counsel states, "strongly differentiate Creative from others" in the industry.
