The article was faxed to me. I don't know where or even if it is on the net. I am sure if you call the company they will fax you a copy.

Ken..i also received the fax from Concurrent today. Just call them tomorrow and request to be put on their fax/news service.

The paragraph that bothers me reads as follows....

"S-A purchased 2 million shares of Concurrent stock at $5 a share to gain an equity interest. The vendor also has the option to buy more stock as the venture goes forward."

"We're happy, from a Concurrent standpoint, because not only do we have a marketing and technical partner, but we also have an equity partner in this deal, as well," said Seigel, who said he wasn't concerned about locking himself into S-A and not being available for the potentially lucrative GI business when it evolves.

"That was a real big question that we all wrestled with, "he admitted. "I think if cable companies want a video server and we have the best price performance in the marketplace, we'll participate. Clearly, if I had the choice between GI and Scientific Atlanta, I made the right choice."
