Do you agree to deposit $10,000 in your attorney's account as well, and do you agree to the terms I have laid out? I am more than happy to put $10,000 in an escrow account. The quid pro quo is that you must indicate over this thread that you will comply with similar terms. Now you can start by listing the subject of your PhD and the school which granted your degree, your fund's name, and the amount and price of Dell shares you sold for at 95. My dislike is for outright liars such as yourself. Both I and my family have a long list of accomplishments on behalf of America's minorities. As far as a hate of the third world, I am married to a "foreigner", which makes my son a half third worlder, so I have no animus that you describe. It's time to get off the pot gc and answer the call or never post again. Commit to the challenge you cowardly liar.

gc:

I am confused about all this fuss about you being a professional money manager and A PHD as you have boasted many times. In this post you are retired from the software business.

I bought PSFT at IPO since I knew PSFT had a contract with a big accounting firm which would give PSFT 3 years steady income. Besides, I was in software business (before I retired),

I have told you so many times the steps you
need to do with respect to this matter. I
receive no response from you as of this
time. Let me repeat this to you again:

1. Find yourself a lawyer.

2. My lawyer will call your lawyer and nail
down an agreement.

Another big lie. Since, I am a lawyer, I have indicated to you that your attorney can send me a private message, and we could hammer out an agreement. But then you insisted that I get another lawyer. Don't you remeber those posts you liar? Well here they are:

Forget it! You don't even have $10,000.
We are at different levels and operated in
different frequencies. Don't waste my time
anymore, kid!

Kid, My attorney does not talk to you. He
only talks to your attorney. You can't even
afford one? Of course, I figure that out
already. You do whatever you want, kid.
Just be aware of the law. Don't get caught.

Alright, I will have my attorney give you a
call. There is no need to go through this
thread. He can find you easily. You are a
lawyer in Chicago. Right?

Hey, kid, in this game, you can't be your
own attorney. How do I know you have
$10,000 or not? Think I am as stupid as
you? No way, or I couldn't have my PHD.

And then there was

hey, kid, legally you can be your attorney.
But in this game, in order to make it work,
you are not allowed to be your own
attorney. You need to have an attorney to
serve as an intermediate. Or I won't be
interested. Why don't you take the
challenge? We are doing this for charity.
Besides, don't you want to know who I
really am? Why do you think I am from
middle east? Just because of a typo "phD"?
Or you think my English is really that bad?
This is the worse insult I even received.

So if we are doing this for charity, let's commit to an agreement on this thread, and it starts with you informing the thread where your PhD is from, the name of your fund, and the amount of shares you sold at 95. Otherwise crawl under your rock permanently you liar.

Oh yeah, I forgot about this baby Mr. Pinnochio:

Who do you think you are? A judge? a
Juror? I am not interested in your $1,000
bet. It is too little for me. I will be
embarassed to give out such little amount to
charity. The minimal I can take is $10,000.
If I can prove the following then you will
give $10,000 to a school (I designate) as a
scholarship:

1. I am a PHD.
2. I am a money manager for a private
investment firm.
3. I sold all of my PSFT shares at $54.
4. I sold 4,000 shares DELL at $95+. All of
my DELL shares was sold with an average
price at $93 in the morning of the same
day. (Aparently I pushed down the market
with a market order in that morning.)

Take it or not? If not, shut up your month
from now.

Well it looks like I just took it. So now it's your turn to come clean or quit.
