David, painful though it is watching, in my case, tens of thousands of dollars evaporate, the fundamentals don't change. Will it drop more? who knows. If it hits a buck I will sell the cat to buy more -a lot more. I think this market sucks - not much rational behavior, money flooding all over the place PE's in la la land. I play with that stuff but my major holdings are in two companies Pacer and Refac because they are: a) well run, b) relatively or absolutely debt free, c) have huge upside potential, d)honest reporting. I think both companies are being used by large, probably individual players to take (create)trading profits. Annoying, tempting at times -say at $2.00 a share for Pacer (I held too and am not sorry)Any way it's a terrific little company on its way to being a terrific bigger company and money will be made by the smart and the patient.

I just saw today where another Form 144 was just filed (dated 05/22/98). Maybe others saw it as well (and are tired of it).
