Hi Mr. D. Bill, you can say whatever you want to or need to any time you want. You have put your money on the line in all three of these stocks, and have held them tighly. You represent what "rocketeering" is all about, and I don't just mean with money, I mean with truth, honesty, fair dealing, and just about everything else.

It's only natural that you must get a huge number of PMs asking what to do. I also know that, like me, you don't give individual investement advice. But it does get tiring, and I have made some statements in public about that, for people to not ask because I can not give them advice, that I post whatever I want publically. I might look that up and repost it.

So, how's your golf game? :-)

Mr. D., this is what I posted the other day that you asked me to repost. You told me you agreed with everything except one item that I changed, so I guess you agree with it all now :-)

For everyone's benefit, especially the newbies:
1. Rocketeers are not organized, we are not a formal group. Since we are not organized, I precede the following by "I" rather than "We." Other "rocketeers" may or may not agree:
2. I am an amateur, not a professional investor
3. I manage no one's money but my own, and have no desire to do so
4. I give no investment advice, everyone has to decide for themselves
5. I look for good companies with solid fundamentals, buy and hold
6. I don't sell into MM games
7. I am willing to absorb short term paper losses
8. I am willing to wait for long term real gains
9. I do DD and share it freely, take it for what it's worth
10. I am not into this for day trading, momentum, or news
11. I do not endorse any particular newsletter
12. I have no email list and no newsletter
13. I receive nothing from any company I invest in, nor do I want to
14. I am not an insider, and have no desire to run a company
15. I think the nasdaq MM system is archaic at best, illegal at worst
16. I don't think MMs can keep a good solid company down, revenues will not be denied
17. I do not act on rumors, and will not spread them
18. Please don't ask me in PMs for any investment advice, I will not give it, nor am I qualified to do so
19. I believe the fundamentals of ICVI, INFE, and DGIV are today stronger than ever
20. I reserve the right to buy, sell, or do what I want with my own money whenever I wish, although I have not sold a single share of ICVI
or the others
21. If fundamentals change for the better or for the worse, I will say that as my opinion and my opinion only, do you own DD
22. I have no desire to lead or perpetuate "rocketeering," if this becomes a movement, let it stand on its own
23. I have a day job and a real life, and need to catch up on both, so may not be posting as much
24. I have made many friends on this board and am grateful
25. What I have seen here, positive and negative, reafirms my conviction that people are basically good, and do believe in truth, honesty, and openness

SPECIAL ALERT! For the record, I am only in DGIV i am a dgiv-rocketeer aka rocketeer1

i've studied this company and the voice over the internet technology for two years and i have a limited knowledge of the arena...

DGIV, is on the cutting edge of a new telecommunications revolution and i fully expect for them to be a force in the VOIP arena in the near and long-term future.

macker, came along after many of us had been in dgiv and was welcomed
aboard the starship with open arms, he brought insight and knowlege as
well as a great deal of information..

Rocketman, has been here since i can remember...

i have prefaced what i am about to say, so all can see the perspective and respect i have for both Rocketman and Macker.

Rocketman was instrumental in getting the early DD on ICVI and macker+Rocketman shared getting DD on INFE.

Both of these stocks were not my idea but, they were good ideas at the time of their initial DD.

i was not fortunate enough to be the benafactor of the initial dd on INFE however, i did get a chance to get in early start on icvi..

my only problem was i sold ICVI at .57 and .59 yes, sold!...only to get more DGIV, which was the one i had did all the work on and understood.

infe, contrary to popular opinion, i did not get in until ~2.00 and had an avg share price of 3.0625 until last friday when i sold at 4.0625 and bought more DGIV..

now, i "coined" and trademarked the name rocketeer, my reason for doing this was because i am sure DGIV is indeed that rare company one finds once in an investors lifetime, that can trully bring one to financial freedom... i've bought as low as .76 and as high as 8..

my reasons for selling the other two was simple, purely selfishness.

i admit it. but, also because i had not done any dd on the companies even though, i trust the work ethic of both macker and Rocketman,

i am most comfortable with my own DD and felt compelled to go with my own work rather than rely on the work of others...

i dont know anyone on this forum personally nor have i met any of them face to face.

the whole idea behind rocketeers to me, was the idea that investors could come together in a forum with hard work (on everyone's part) and form a coalition of investors that could find stocks we thought would be ideal growth and investment opportunities...

the problem was, a herd mentality developed and genuine excitement was generated by myself, as well as others.

suddenly, many wanted to hold the "rocketeers responsible" for any pitfalls in ther dd or the stock prices... huge mistake...every individual is responsible for his or her investment decisions.

a great idea seems to have gone array and the disgruntled along with the naysayers/shorters/paid or not, have decided to BLAME the "rocketeers" for any pitfalls, when in fact anyone that understands pennies and the otc, know that manipulation is the rule rather than the norm. we witness this on a daily basis and it is most prevalent in the otc-bb arena where rules and regulations are loosely interperted at best.

what some of us tried to do was to level the playing field a bit by doing Incredible DD like that of Rocketman and macker, by ascertaining/anticipating when good news was coming and forewarn folks

but, what happened as always, greed took over and folks began trading heavily ICVI and INFE and at times dgiv, based on this anticipation then selling on news...

meanwhile folks, like MrD. have hung on and tried to support the price with his deep pockets, not just because he believes there is still a great deal of value in these companies but, also because, unlike others, he trully cares about the small investors that often follow without careful dd themselves.

this whole menagerie has created confusion and frustration... for some people...

i remain steadfast in my convictions about dgiv, it is what i am most familiar with.

others who have problems need to address their concerns to #1 themselves

#2 if they have concerns i suggest they attempt to complete as much DD on their own as possible which may include calling the respective companies.

to blame anyone other than oneself is common yet unpractical since no one forced anyone to buy...

i've been pm'd ...what about "your"credibility?...the only credibility
/integrity i am concerned with is that of the companies i invest...i have no investment in individuals... therefore no concern with that regard.

i am longwinded tonight and will type just a bit more...

now this past weekend i put up alot of information on the a-holics thread and have recieved some requests to put it over on the info thread.

i want to thank Risk-Averse for doing so...it would have been better to put the bulk of info there and provide a synopsis here.

today was another example...

from today forward my informative posts will go on the info thread.

i will provide summaries here, if and when asked.

as for the naysayers and bashers well let them come!

DGIV's fundamentals have only increased as they have in value...

DGIV will stand strong and i am confident in Mr.Jimmy Chin.
