This deal could be structured to make tonnes of money. The waste water treatment side of things could be run by an subsidiary environmental firm and they would make a nice return on investment while mining all the various metals. I have to give management a lot of respect for finding and bringing this project to this point. I would guess they are just clearing the permits for startup and that could be put on fast track.
