The stock of NT has been a terrific performer in the past 5 years, so I wouldn't feel bad at all about a stock deal, although it has become price w/ a PE of 51

I had been out of CMVT for some time and came back in over the last three trading days. I'm very encouraged by the strong earnings and price movement. If CMVT were to be taken over, I would expect payment to be in stock, given the high valuations in the market these days.
