Sam, I think that excellent iMac software bundle is the hidden bonus selling point. The people I know buying the iMac essentially do not buy software. Therefore, the more they get with the iMac, the better.

Also, does anyone know about Apple manufacturing sites? It strikes me that a key factor with sales is the amount of overtime some of the Apple employees may be working. Does anyone know whether Apple is running its factories around the clock? Does anyone know where the PB's are being made?

I know the PB's are being made in Cork, Ireland. I remember reading in one of the newspapers online for Ireland (god i can't remember the name) that Apple was hiring a lot of temp workers there. That can be good and bad (as quality can go down) but I'll take it as a good thing. :)
