Well Ira may have made it onto mIRC, but I wouldn't bet it was him. He left in a hurry and didn't know squat about his new company and whined that Arif was a "meglomaniac". One good point was from someone who said that it may be illegal to give officers more shares without shareholder approval if it substantially dilutes other shareholders. This could be a reason for Arif's possible sudden change of heart on retiring some of his shares. Other than that, it was a total waste of 90 minutes of my time. Good one again Lebed! ;>)
