Goldsnow, Bloomberg reported today that BIS claims the U.S. $ is 33% overvalued against the Yen and 22% overvalued against the Mark. The report didn't do much in the forex markets, but if the BIS thinks its so, will they make it so?

P.S. Nothing in the story about whether the U.S. $ is overvalued against the BIS's gold francs.
