Thomas, do you think that a company that is going to apply to a major exchange doesn't have their act together and know what they are doing, this baby is no pump and dump. Currently there are only 11 million shares outstanding and 4 million are held by 1 SHAREHOLDER. Now tell me that this guy hasn't done his DD. That leaves 7 million left in the float for us. I will post more info later with the other DD i found out today. mitchell

The new acquisitions are included in the share count of 70M. I stated each acquisitions share cost in an earlier post. What is it here that you view as a pump and dump. I believe the details are clear for you to determine if you want to hold or sell.

Thomas I just read all of your post that you have done and you are a very negative person. Lighten up a little bit we are all big boys here and we all are looking to make sure we protect ourselves but you sound like someone who has an ax to grind. If you are that uncomfortable with the 2000 shares you bought at .34 sell them I am sure there are many people here that would not mind buying them from you. Anyway welcome you along for the ride if you choose. Also looking for any input that will help find out more about this company lets just do it in a positive manner. Good luck Paul
