Viagra would only be available in hospital pharmacies with a prescription from either a urologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist or psychiatrist, and with the devalued Thai Baht, I don't think many Thai people could afford Viagra (selling under Bt440). There may however be the possibility of other Asians going to Thailand to get this drug (in much the same way as the Japanese's going to Hawaii for Viagra), since Thailand is the only country in Asia where the drug is approved. Thailand is a very affordable place to go for a vacation, and now there's the added attraction of Viagra.
