That one is wrong - See 10K - :Applicable only to corporate registrants) State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: 164,213,803 Shares of Common Stock, Par Value $.0001 Per Share, as of March 31, 1998. Some 160M have also been the qty we have calculated with during my participation here. With Delmars 23+M* as per dec.31.1997 the float could be 141M - But we do not know how the 60M of his was distributed. Positions less than 8M is not reported. (*) Includes 5,000,000 shares of Common Stock owned by First Americans Mortgage Corporation, which Delmar Janovec is deemed to own beneficially by virtue of his position as executive officer and director of First Americans Mortgage Corporation.
