I checked for you. BEN was added to the index on 4/28/98. Stock went from 49 to 57 the next day. But I should add that BEN was down for a few days to reach the 48 low before the move. And the price did not move much since the addition. One thing was for sure, huge volume that day, check the chart yourself and you wil see,
