Kurt, Well both Adflex and Flip Chip Technologies, the KLIC/Delco Electronics Joint Venture are located in Phoenix, Arizona. It looks like AFLX is making a move to corner the flip chip component manufacturing capacity of FCT, in order to be their primary final assembler of the flip chip components that FCT makes.... Also I wonder if AFLX will become a bigger acquisition target for ECM's generally if they succeed in their efforts... Sincerely, Doug F.
