Here are the questions we faxed Ira A Monas, along with the responses. Some of the following, may have been slightly edited. Q:Explain the FAMH situation, and why you left the company. Do you still own any shares? A:The CEO is our of control, and issued shares to himself! I have no more shares. Q:How come you signed with HVAR? A:HVAR has a great conpect, and a small float...with a $3 trading history. Q:How come HVAR fell from $5 to $0.20? A:It fell because of the lack of interest, and the old PR firm which dumped shares. Q:How will NVAR increase shareholder value? A:Shareholder value will increase...due to the increasing revenues and regained interest. Q:When will the new HVAR store in Florida open? What will it be like? A:The store will open on June 19th, and will be upscale and unique. Q:How much in revenues, will each store make? A:Weston 1MM, Las Olas 2.5MM, Sunset 2.5MM, Aventura 1MM. Q:How many shares are in the HVAR float, and how many are out? A:There are around 11MM out, and about 3.5MM in the float, which is mostly locked up. Q:What kind of meeting, will you be having tomorrow in Florida? A:The meeting will be about, my demands as far as how the finances will be handled. I will no longer be in the dark. I am also developing a new mail order franshising unit. Jon
