Some FINANCING questions...

It's to late to ask ICC these questions now and I'll be out all day tomorrow, so if anyone knows, please fill in the blanks.

Why wouldn't PKGP pay out the convertible preferreds? They only owe $400,000. Are they tying up every cent they have in new deals? If there is a short squeeze (looking forward to your letter tomorrow ROB and thanks) it seems to me that paying them off would really drive it home. It would also stop further dilution. I don't understand the logic behind not paying them out, unless something bigger and better is brewing.

In addition, I hope they learned there lesson from this deal and don't do another convertible preferred stock deal to raise capital. ICC told me that they had to do the original deal or they could have went bankrupt, but their okay now. This is a good lesson for those buying stock, make sure the company is not engaged in one of these deals.

If there is a large short position (again, looking forward to your post tomorrow Rob), then I'm buying more. I just hope we all stick together and hold. The tighter we hold, the tighter the squeeze. SOLIDARITY!
