LWolf:

"About ITXC Corp:
ITXC Corp was started in 1997 by Tom Evslin, founder and former VP in charge of AT&T WorldNetSM Service. A privately-held company, whose name stands for Internet Telephony eXchange Carrier, ITXC provides wholesale services to the new Internet telephony industry."

Privately held, explains why you cannot get a quote.. Notice that Evslin is formerly AT&T.

AT&T Corp. will form a new venture with VocalTec Communications Ltd. to provide interexchange services to Internet telephony companies.

The new venture, called ITXC, will be run by Tom Evslin, vice president of AT&T's WorldNet Service ISP (Internet service provider). Evslin will stay on until he is replaced, he said in a statement.

ITXC will provide routing and settlement services based on Internet protocols to ISPs that want to provide telephony services. Evslin said that the services are similar to ones that AT&T and other companies provide in traditional telephony.

"ITXC will provide services for ISPs that are crucial to the development of a unified multimedia communications network spanning the public, switched telephone network and the Internet," said Elon Ganor, VocalTec CEO. VocalTec, of Northvale, N.J., makes software that lets the Net be used as a phone. Ganor, along with John Petrillo, AT&T's vice president for corporate strategy, will serve on ITXC's board of directors.

The agreements for AT&T, based in Basking Ridge, N.J., and VocalTec allow both companies a possible equity stake in ITXC. VocalTec also will provide ITXC with software and other technology.
