Earl, The thing you are missing is that the CEO is real worried, he must be facing somthing hard to want the easy way out to get relisted, so the reverse split. And need to issue mor shares to make the reverse complete and equal. He must have a specific ratio in mind. I think the product is good too, and the possibilities are there. I also feel that taking the easy way is not the best way here. I am voting against it. If the co got into the mess, then the co has to get itself out with hard work, product development etc, or live with it... Thats my 2 cents.
