A good post off the Raging Bull thread.... "Greetings all, I wanted to let you know I reported a problem with their messaging function (which has since been fixed) and that Proxicom actually took the time to call and get details. I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with one of their programmers and learned that they do like to get practical, business oriented feedback. He was quite helpful and seemed genuinly interested in what I had to say as any good programmer should be in getting feedback from their users, of which my company will very soon be. From our conversation, it is obvious that much thought is going into the design and construction and that little is written in stone. If you provide business oriented feedback, they do take it into consideration. So please, those of you that are actually ProNetLink customers, give it a thorough inspection, and send or call in, and specific suggestions and feedback. They do listen, but simply posting here, on Yahoo or SI may not get the message to them. And general hype or slams do nobody any good. Thanks for your time, the conversation took away any concerns or doubts that had been knocking in the back of my consciousness and made me wish I had more to invest. " Whyteboar
