Well Ray no one really has a device with all the advantages of the OmniCath. I just ran a quick search on atherectomy devices and found that only two companies out of the entire medical device group currently have atherectomy devices at all. They are Boston Scientific and Guidant.

An even better question might be who does not have an atherectomy device? JNJ and AVEI readily come to mind but then there are so many other players who are without an atherectomy device that it really make American BioMed stand out. The OmniCath is just about to start phase II trials with newly designed protocols:

Anyway you asked about the competition so I will give you the opportunity to check it out for yourself. Take a look at these URL's and sometime tomorrow maybe we can discuss some of the advantages the OmniCath might offer over these devices in the future.
