Is anyone planning to attend the shareholder's meeting next week. I believe it is being held in NY on Wednesday 24th.

It sounds (to me) like the reasoning for the sale of CliqNow was for KTWO to clean house and be in a position to be purchased.
COO Robert Burke - "This sale successfully concludes the first phase of our restructuring plan. We will now seek opportunities to participate in the ongoing consolidation of our industry."

If anyone is going to be there it would be great to address this question to the powers that be.

I've seen the number of market makers for KTWO of Level II and there is plenty of price swapping just no trading going on, thus no volume. Be patient, this is a winner.

Can anyone with level II verify this?
